know. At Progress3 Capital®, our network of
resources is powerful. It’s the key to our
success. With each new project, we organize investors,
builders, real estate agents and required parties
to ensure a safe and solid investment for all involved.
In order to protect all entities and their respective
interests, a single project Limited Liability
Company (LLC) is formed. This formation clearly
defines
the expectations, duties, and returns of each
party involved.
The LLC typically includes the
builder, investor(s) and/or Progress3 Capital®.
Each partner within the LLC is locked into the
terms of the agreement
for the entire project. Usually, this term is
nine to twenty-four months. At cessation of the
project,
all profits are dispersed to LLC members based
upon percentages agreed to at inception.
