The Factory at Franklin stands as one of the most
significant historical structures in Franklin, and
is a member of the National Register of Historic
Places. Built in 1929, it underwent a careful
renovation that preserved many of the original
features and architectural details. The Factory at
Franklin is now an exciting place to shop, dine and
work. Adjacent to The Factory at Franklin, is
where Jamison Station is planned. Our Jamison
Station is a design for living, working and playing.
Town homes, condominiums, offices and neighborhood
stores are proposed to create a unique neighborhood
where living and working intertwine.
Neighborhood retail and offices are planned on
the first floor of the buildings at the corner of
Liberty Pike and Daniels Drive. The proximity of
these buildings to Liberty Pike is reminiscent of
Main Street Franklin where pedestrian activity on
generous sidewalks activates the street. A wide
range of homes are planned to create a transition
from the existing neighborhoods to the new, as well
as, provide a range of price options to residents.
Financial: Typical investments projects range from
$4.5 million to $30 million with a duration of 24
months to 3 years. Average ROI: 38%.
